Mylor Fish Shop: Helping to Expand Established Businesses

Mylor Fish Shop is a long-established, family run business that provides sustainable, day-caught seafood, delivered straight to your door. Based in Mylor Bridge in Cornwall, the shop opened its doors in the late 1950s and is now run by fourth generation owners, Katy and George.

As an already established and successful business, Katy and George approached us to create a Shopify Ecommerce store to expand their business nationwide. As well as creating a user-friendly site with an aesthetic to reflect their experience and quality produce, the central focus was:

Delivery

Creating a nationwide delivery option that was simple and effective was an important part of building this website. We worked to integrate their service with the right courier to make it straightforward for both the client and their customers.

Marketing

With Mylor Fish Shop, the emphasis was on freshness so the marketing needed to have a time sensitive focus. We helped them develop an email marketing strategy that highlighted the daily catch in the form of a newsletter so customers would then be reminded or prompted to place orders.
